You may return your rug within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns

To ensure every rug meets our quality standards, returned items must be:

• In their original packaging
• Intact, clean, and saleable
• Unused and in original condition

How to Return

1. Contact our customer support team at cs@zagrosa.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Securely pack the rug in its original packaging to protect it in transit.
3. Ship the rug back using a trackable service. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Restocking Fee

Once we receive your rug, our team will carefully inspect it. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and inspection costs.
